The manager prepares a payment run, the board approves it and the accountant pays it. Each step is done by a different person and written to the audit log.
Features
National ID, phone, village to sector, zone, number of trees and area, next of kin, documents, status (active, suspended, exited) and a printable member card.
Shares subscribed and paid by instalments, certificates as PDF, transfers and refunds on exit. Compulsory and voluntary savings, with withdrawals that need approval.
A phone-friendly intake screen for the clerk: member, grade, kilograms, rejected weight. The price in force that day is applied, and an 80 mm receipt is printed.
Deliveries × price, minus input credit, savings, levies and share instalments in the order you set. Never below zero. Approval, payout by MoMo, bank or cash, and a statement per member.
Fertiliser, seedlings and tools given on credit, recovered from produce payments, with balances per member and the age of what is owed.
Buyer contracts, lots of processed coffee, shipments, money received and the stock still in the store.
Cash, MoMo and bank in one book. Payments and receipts post themselves; the accountant adds the running costs. Reversals are kept, never erased.
Agenda, attendance, minutes and resolutions for general assemblies and board meetings. Committee terms and an election log. Notices to all members or one zone.
A dashboard per role and twelve reports on screen, in CSV and in PDF: intake by centre, zone, member and day, payment runs, credit, savings, sales, cash book, season summary.
Payments
Each delivery is valued at the price per grade in force on its date. Then the deductions are taken in the order you choose. Each takes at most what is left, so a member is never paid a negative amount. Savings and levies that did not fit are carried to the next payment.
Example with sample figures. The rules are covered by automated tests.

FAQ
Yes. Products, grades and prices are set in Settings, so a cooperative can collect coffee cherry, tea leaf, maize, rice or milk. The demo is a coffee cooperative.
There is no self-service import screen yet. During setup we load your members, shares, savings and open input credit with you, so everyone starts with the right balance.
The app can send notices through your own SMS provider. This needs setup: a provider account and a webhook, and SMS credit is not included. Without it, notices still appear in the member portal.
No. You pay by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank or cash as usual, then mark the payout as done in the app with the reference. The app gives you the payout list and keeps the record.
Not yet. The intake screen needs a connection. It is built for phones, and Android and iOS apps are planned; the mobile API they will use is already in place.
The screens are in English today. The text is kept in one place so other languages can be added.
Each cooperative gets its own private instance with its own PostgreSQL database. We run instances on Amazon Web Services in the US East region. Ask us if you need another location.
It depends on your members, centres and products. We agree a date after a first call.
Tell us about your cooperative: number of members, collection centres and products. We set up your own private instance, load your members and prices, and train your clerks and accountant.
